Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR project management. This internship is a paid position and will provide valuable exposure to the field of HR. Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist with the interview process - Assist with HR sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for open positions - Support HR team in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining candidate records - Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions - Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and policy development - Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed Experience: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field - Knowledge of HR principles and practices - Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. Pay: $17.36-$18.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
