LMS Platform Administrator

Purpose:

Experior Financial Group Inc. is launching an LMS system to help train our Insurance Agents on how to navigate our back office. We would like in future that our top leaders also have add their own courses to train agents on aspects of selling, growth and leadership. For this we have selected the LearnWorlds platform at Commercial level. Reporting to the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, we are seeking an LMS Platform Administrator to design, assist with content creatin and manage the platform.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience with learning management systems preferably LearnWorlds or similar.
  • Experience working with WordPress is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to organize plan and execute projects against deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have strong organizations skills and can work well with tight deadlines
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) platform to ensure it meets organizational training needs and goals.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, including assigning appropriate access levels and roles within the LMS to employees, instructors, and learners.
  • Upload and update course content, ensuring all materials are compatible with the LMS and meet quality standards for educational effectiveness and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, providing support to users experiencing difficulties with accessing or utilizing the system.
  • Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completion rates, and learner performance to inform training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to optimize course design, layout, and interactivity within the LMS environment.
  • Integrate third-party tools and applications with the LMS to enhance its functionality and support a broader range of learning activities.
  • Conduct periodic audits of the LMS content and user activities to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and standards.
  • Facilitate end-user training for internal administrators.
  • Develop and document processes or policies to ensure consistent use of the system.
  • Create and oversee an efficient and effective content management system.
  • Establish and maintain design standards working alongside the Marketing department to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning content.
  • Design and upload program content for salesforce across Experior to support all learning formats.
  • Manage content development strategy, design standards and future roadmap planning efforts.
  • Test all changes to the LMS, posts and modules; ensure accurate audience assignments and assessment scoring.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with course design, LMS new functionality and infrastructure.
  • Work alongside LearnWorlds support team and Experior’s Development team to oversee the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated with the LMS.
  • Compile and communicate performance metrics for training courses to measure training effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes and user experience.
  • Maintain strong competencies related to instructional design and technology-based learning.
  • Contribute both ideas and expertise in the development of relevant and value-driven training efforts.
  • Recommend future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience to improve learner experience and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to fulfil course strategy by proposing and providing training on the best use of the LMS

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
