**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and time management skills. If you are passionate about overseeing projects from inception to completion, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee the implementation of solar-based renewable energy projects from design to execution

- Utilize project management, CRM and field-services software to set up, schedule & close out projects

- Communicate effectively with clients across multiple platforms (email, text, voice and face to face)

- Continually drive and implement improvement initiatives to streamline processes as industry changes over time

- Work effectively with Installers, Contractors, Sales Professionals & Vendors

- Collect and analyze project data to inform decision-making processes

- Conduct site visits to engage with customers and ensure our standards of quality & safety are being achieved

- Oversee project design & quotation processes

- Develop project timelines and milestones to monitor progress effectively

- Participate in preparing & reviewing technical documentation

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry

-Electrical Journeyperson Ticket, Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma, Electrical Engineering Degree, or Alternative Energy Technologist Diploma with relevant experience in the electrical or construction industry

- Proficiency in utilizing design & estimating software

- Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

- Excellent time management & leadership skills

- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques

- Knowledge of project implementation best practices

- Ability to work cohesively with our project coordination and administrative team

- Sales experience is considered an asset

- Experience with residential &/or commercial solar installations is considered an asset

Pay: $79,197.00-$97,293.00 per year
