We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team at our office in Central Etobicoke. The ideal candidate is someone with a business degree and considerable enthusiasm for business processes.

Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between various business departments and key stakeholders.
  • Gather, review, and analyze business processes to identify problems, risk factors, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Produce analysis reports.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Major focus on implementing and executing business processes.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure changes are effective.
  • Design and develop training, documentation, best practice, and accountability systems.
  • Develop KPI systems.

Benefits:

  • On-site parking

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
