We are seeking a co-Chief Operating Officer for a new fashion company and podcast brand concept, based in Montreal and launching in the next few weeks.

We require someone mature and very reliable who is ready to commit to a flexible yet consistent schedule of 10 hours a week, for a minimum of 2 years. Hours required may increase significantly fairly quickly.

The role will incorporate various managerial, operational and creative tasks, including but not limited to:

- Working with the CEO in managing an e-commerce website and media company
- Coordinating with Product Manager and Social Media Manager/ Oversight of social media content and PR schedule
- Vetting product designs submitted by Product Designers
- Creating a Proposal to establish a t-shirt, sweater procurement plan and Set-Up of an in-house Production Facility
- Participating in an active crowdfunding campaign
- Overseeing a communications and PR campaign
- Coordinating an ambitious guest outreach strategy for the associated podcast,
- Managing all communications with new and existing guests, including high profile individuals
- Preparation for podcast interviews, including candidate/ subject research

You will have the opportunity to learn from and expand your skillset working with a sophisticated lawyer/ MBA with significant global business expertise.
