Position: Division Supervisor - Porta Potty Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Routing calls for drivers and ensuring they have clear instructions.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating with drivers for daily tasks.
• Training new employees and conducting site checks to ensure quality service.
• Communicating with site supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organizing and setting up employees for the day’s tasks.
• Coordinating with contracts and scheduling services effectively.
• Developing unique solutions to operational challenges.
• Logistics management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
• supervising/management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
