**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain and transportation management systems, ensuring efficient coordination of shipping and receiving activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PL)

- Utilize transportation management systems to track and manage freight movements

- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update shipment information

- Monitor and update shipping schedules to meet customer requirements

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in using transportation management systems for dispatching tasks

- Knowledge of supply chain operations and shipping/receiving processes

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks

- Familiarity with SyteLine or similar software is a plus
