We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input data into databases with precision and accuracy
  • Perform data collection and entry tasks
  • Utilize office software and computerized systems for data entry
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data handled
  • Communicating effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
  • Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet goals
  • Use Excel for data entry and reporting
  • Performing other clerical tasks as assigned by management

Prerequisites

  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
