Office orchestrator wanted. Are you a meticulous multitasker? Then you belong at Uline! As a Receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our Edmonton branch as we continue to grow as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.

• Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.

• Order office and department supplies.

• Support branch events.

• Manage branch visitor preparations.

• Sort and send mail and packages via Canada Post and FedEx.

• Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 - 3 years related receptionist experience.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.
