As a Paid Search Specialist at Absorb, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid search campaigns for B2B SaaS companies, with experience in strategic execution, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results. This is an individual contributor role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign setup across various search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Optimize bidding strategies, ad targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in testing new ideas, ad formats, and targeting tactics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide recommendations for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS and/or agency environment
• Proven track record of success in optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, TROAS).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google & Bing Ads Editor, SA360, DV360, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience working with a broader marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, 6Sense, etc) is a plus.
• Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are desirable.
